Privacy

Minimum necessary information, clear purposes, and privacy-first design.

This page describes how NicoleAndreaSpencer.com handles information today. It is an operational privacy overview—not legal advice. A jurisdiction-specific privacy policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accounts, payments, analytics, or broad Ask Nicole AI launch.

Accountability

Who is responsible

Nicole Andrea Spencer is responsible for the public website experience. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to nicole.spencer@spencerkatzfinancial.com with the subject line “Privacy request.”

Openness

What this site is

A static, educational founder website. No login, no payment checkout, and no on-site form database on this version of the site.

Professional review

Before scale

Final privacy language should be reviewed for Canadian expectations (including PIPEDA-style principles) and any vendor practices (hosting, email, AI providers).

What is collected today

Very little—by design.

  • Browsing this site: The static pages themselves do not require an account and do not use on-site analytics in the current codebase.
  • Email you send: If you use a mailto: link, your email app sends a message you control. Nicole receives what you choose to include.
  • Hosting/CDN logs: Your hosting provider (e.g. Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and delivery. Configure retention in the host dashboard.
What is not collected today

No hidden data collection on this site.

  • No website accounts or passwords
  • No payment card processing on NicoleAndreaSpencer.com
  • No marketing pixels or third-party analytics scripts in the site code
  • No on-site chat widget storing conversation history
  • No automated upload of medical, legal, or financial account credentials through this static site
Purposes

Why information may be used

To respond to inquiries you initiate, provide educational information, schedule conversations, and improve the public site. Future products (Ask Nicole AI, newsletters) will state separate purposes before collection.

Consent

Meaningful consent

Emailing Nicole is voluntary. Joining a future waitlist or newsletter will require clear consent—not automatic subscription from a general contact email.

Limiting collection

Minimum necessary

Please send only what is needed for your question. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial account information through email unless a licensed professional has requested it for a defined purpose.

Safeguards

Security posture

Static deployment, HTTPS, conservative security headers, no embedded third-party trackers, and mailto-only contact (not a secure portal). Email is not equivalent to encrypted health or legal record systems.

Retention

How long data may be kept

Email correspondence retention should follow Nicole’s business records policy and applicable law. A formal retention schedule should be documented before scale.

Access & correction

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information Nicole holds from your emails, subject to legal and professional record obligations. Contact the privacy email above.

Ask Nicole AI (separate product)

Future app privacy will be published before broad launch.

Ask Nicole AI is a separate product under development. Early-access interest via email on this site does not create an app account. When the app launches, it will need its own privacy notice covering AI providers, storage, logging, deletion/export, and consent—without implying Nicole is personally answering every message in real time.

Current app codebase status: prototype/MVP foundation with mock AI responses and local device storage patterns documented in docs/strategy/ASK_NICOLE_AI_SECURITY_READINESS.md (repository).
